Mario did an amazing job.. he took his time on a difficult project replacing the shower basin on an older home with newer parts .. I could see the process was a bit challenging but Mario got it done …he showed up on time .. he was there when he said he would be there and I appreciate that… Mario didn’t rush the job he made sure it was right and no more leaks!!! My garbage disposal and my refrigerator water line broke.! Mario came and was very professional in explaining what was needed and fixed both!! His work were very prompt and did a great job.. highly recommend! He came out on a Saturday and it was greatly appreciated !!

12/23/24 … I called for a plumbing issue Route 66 sent one of there workers Mario A to my house in Victorville to fix the issue, he found the problem instantly and quickly got it fixed. Got my toilets running again. Would recommend 100%

Called them same day of our toilet getting clogged upstairs. I spoke to Morgan who was very professional and showed a great deal of pride and outstanding customer service. Mario, the technician dispatched out arrived timely. He wore foot booties and after diagnosing the problem explained the issue in detail along with solution and cost. We agreed for him to fix the clogged toilet and he did an AMAZING job. He cleaned after himself and really provided excellent same day service. I see now why Rooter 66 Plumbing Inc. has earned 5 stars. Thank you for your hard work and dedication and for the pride you take in your workmanship.
